FUMS set up the Autodesk International Certification Authorization Center on June 5, namely Certiport Authorized Testing Center (CATC). CityU is the first tertiary educational institution in Macau that certified by CATC, facilitating our students to obtain the Autodesk certification. Syllabus of Autodesk International certification ranging from construction engineering, environmental design, computer-aided design, digital design and other industry categories. The certification is one of the most important licenses in the field of computer-aided drawing design. Up to now, institutions located in Hong Kong and Macau that earned the Certiport Certification include "Macau Productivity & Technology Transfer Center (CPTTM)" (ACU), Macau's "Tourism and Hotel Management" (MOS certification) and Welkin Systems Limited. Thanks to the comprehensive technical support by the university, FUMS takes the lead in the establishment of Certiport (ACU certification) test center. FUMS enhances students' digital design ability and innovative soft power by offering high-qualified learning model and utilizing hardware and software equipment. In June 28, it was the first time that the faculty held an Autodesk training course and examination. There were 8 participants. In the near future, the faculty hopes to carry out Revit (Building Information System BIM), 3Dmax and professional certification examinations, and open enrollment to the community.
