Under the invitation of the Macau Tertiary Education Services Office, Registrar Li Shu Ying, Executive Associate Dean of Faculty of International Tourism and Management Gavin Chau, Master Programme Coordinator Chan Suk Ha, Bachelor Programme Coordinator Shen Huawen and Zhang Jing joined the delegation of tourism and convention on 13 November. In the three-day trip, the delegation visited the exposition of intangible cultural heritage and conducted exchanges and discussions with Guizhou University and Guizhou Nationalities University. Advocating exchange between students and scholars, one of the highlights of the trip was the signing of Agreement of Cooperation with Guizhou University. The agreement was signed by Registrar Li as a representative of Rector Shu Guang Zhang. Founded in 1902, Guizhou University provides fulltime, doctoral and master programmes. The university has established collaborations with tertiary institutions from over 40 countries and regions. Meanwhile, the delegation also visited the College of Tourism and Steward and College of Fine Arts of Guizhou Nationalities University to get a better understanding of Guizhou’s higher education and strengthen collaboration between CityU and other tertiary institutions in Guizhou.
