Coronavirus is sweeping across the world, posing unprecedented challenges to the economy of Macao and the financial situation of many families is affected as a result. Upholding its principle of being “rooted in Macao”, the City University of Macau has been supportive of the Macao SAR government, fulfilling its social responsibility by fighting the epidemic with all sectors of society and caring about students.
The University has set up a special anti-epidemic grant of one million dollar for 2020 - 2021 academic year. To show our care for undergraduate new students, every local new student of our undergraduate program will receive a one-off grant of $5,000 should he/she encounters financial difficulties.
