Wang Xiaoping, Deputy Party Secretary of Xiangnan University, leads delegation to visit CityU to promote exchanges

A delegation from Xiangnan University, led by Deputy Party Secretary Prof. Wang Xiaoping, visited City University of Macau, where they were warmly received by Vice Rector Kong Fanqing. The delegation was given a tour of the campus environment and teaching facilities, and both sides engaged in an exchange session to discuss academic cultivation and exchange opportunities. Pro-Rector Chu Te Lin was also present during the exchange. At the exchange session, Vice Rector Kong provided an overview of CityU's history, disciplinary characteristics, and international exchanges. Deputy Party Secretary Wang Xiaoping also gave a briefing on Xiangnan University's development history and disciplinary characteristics. Both sides expressed their interest in exploring collaboration opportunities, such as faculty and student visits, exchange programs, and academic exchanges, to enhance talent cultivation in both institutions and promote academic cooperation between the two places.
