Faculty of Management (FOM) Freshers’ registration for the BBA Programme took place on 4th September, and the MBA and DBA Programmes on 5th September, on the 14th floor at the Golden Dragon Campus. There were about 300 freshers registering for the new academic year, mostly from Mainland China, Macau and Hong Kong.
Led by Dr Gavin Chau, the Associate Dean of FOM, a Welcome Team was formed, with Ms Little Liang being the team leader, in order to provide students with efficient registration service. With the experience gained from previous years, a number of new measures were adopted to optimise the registration process, such as providing briefing and rehearsal for all administrative staffs and student helpers to familiarise themselves with the procedures; setting up on-site reception to answer students’ enquiries; providing students with guidelines as to how to complete the registration process.
