one to set up a good example and to improve the world.


“Virtue” is the way for the University to follow while “Knowledge and Practice”

are the ways to achieve “Virtue”.


The University advocates the philosophy of “Moral Cultivation with People-Ori

ented Education” to nurture talents who are capable of combining theory with

practice and skills, applying their knowledge to work, and to serve the community

and the country, with lofty ideals, noble character and diligence, rich knowledge

and culture, and ability to act.
