Facility Management Office

The major functions and scope of works of the FMO are:

• Providing comprehensive maintenance services to ensure that facilities and teaching devices are in proper operation.
• Monitoring and management the daily operation of facilities.
• Supervising the progress and quality of the construction projects.
• Providing technical advice to the construction projects.
• Supporting the usage of lighting and air-conditioning in venue and classroom.
• Providing emergency support to the facilities.

Landscape Management

• Outdoor green garden and indoor area – to provide the students and staff a comfortable and leisure environment, FMO strives to improve the campus environment and greenery areas. In addition to the improvement of the outdoor green areas, FMO also decorate indoor area and office by placing various types of plants to promote green working environment.
• Fish pond and turtle pond – FMO is responsible for the maintenance and management of the ponds.
• Terrance Garden – in response to the development of a green campus, FMO aims to reduce the overall temperature in the building and provides a comfortable leisure place.

Repair and Maintenance Services

FMO provides preventive and corrective facilities maintenance services, including the followings:

• Electrical and mechanical work – including air conditioning and ventilation systems, LPG ​​supply system, hot water and catering equipment , firefighting systems, lighting systems, elevators and escalators, gymnastic equipment and home appliances.
• Painting work - including the maintenance of office, classroom, dormitories, laboratories, computer rooms, sports venues, and also the ceilings, railings, doors and ironware of the public places, to name a few.
• Carpentry work - repairing doors and locks, office and dormitory furniture, decorative paintings, bulletin boards, whiteboards and curtains.
• Water supply and drainage system - maintenance of water piping, sanitary ware, faucet accessories, irrigation systems
• Ironware and welding work - repairing windows and ironware, etc.
