Dr. Li L.M, a renowned preschool and parent-child education expert from the HKBU visited the Faculty of Education in February 2015. Visiting Associate Professor Lee S.Y and Assistant Professor Shao Y.J welcomed Dr. Li and her assistant. The two sides shared views on graduate student training. Dr. Li, as a supervisor of three FED graduate students, recognized the learning attitude and basic academic skills of the students. On behalf of the FED, Associate Prof. Lee S.Y and Assistant Prof. Shao Y.J expressed their thanks to Dr. Li for her concern and support to the students. Dr. Li discussed ongoing research projects and some academic achievements of her team which contributed to the education related policy-making in Hong Kong. On the possibility of jointly applying her academic achievements in Macau, Associate Prof. Lee S.Y and Assistant Prof. Shao Y.J shared the featured Continuing Education Program of Macau and introduced the development status of local special education, preschool education and vocational education for their reference. |
