Air Macau opened their A320 flight training device (FBS) for the group to experience simulated flights, which received a warm response. In addition, at the airline's arrangement, they also visited various departments such as the airplane operating control (AOC), flight department, cabin service, engineering maintenance department, and dispatch, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the airline's operations. They also had the opportunity to communicate with trainee co-pilots, flight attendants, duty managers from the Operations Center, senior maintenance engineers, senior dispatchers, and others. This allowed the students to gain practical knowledge about the airline's internal dispatch, check-in, flight service, and engineering maintenance processes, providing valuable insights for their future career development planning.
After the practical educational activities, the students expressed that this visit and face-to-face communication with frontline aviation workers had not only deepened their understanding of the aviation industry, which closely aligned with the tourism industry, but also allowed them to apply the theoretical knowledge of aviation transportation and airline practices in practical experiences. They found the visit to be very rewarding.
