The City University of Macau (CityU) recently held the 2023/2024 Year-End Staff Member Gathering and the Award Ceremony of “Excellence in Learning” to recognize staff dedication and promote a culture of lifelong learning and well-being. The Human Resources Office (HRO) hosted the “Excellence in Learning” award ceremony, highlighting CityU’s commitment to fostering a learning environment for its staff. This year, one gold, one silver, and two bronze awards were presented, acknowledging the outstanding achievements of staff members who actively pursued personal and professional development.

The event also featured the “Joy & Fun Cup” sports games. Organized by the Student Affairs Office and HRO, the event encouraged staff members to build stronger bonds through friendly competition. Five members won the tennis ball and bowling games. The event attracted approximately 80 colleagues participating. Notably, the gathering was graced by the presence of CityU’s leadership, including Rector Jun Liu, Vice Rector Zhou Wanlei, and Pro-Rectors Wicky So Kam Hung, Robert Chan Chon Pat, and Vince Chu Te Lin.
