CityU hosts first Healthcare and Wellness Seminar to unveil secrets behind effective language development among children

The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of the City University of Macau (CityU) held the first seminar of the Healthcare and Wellness Seminar Series yesterday at the Taipa campus. The first seminar themed “Secrets behind Effective Language Development among Children” invited Dr Zhang Yanhui, Assistant Professor of University of Nottingham Ningbo China, to explore the cognitive and social mechanisms behind children's language development. Nearly 100 members of CityU, local organisations and charities attended the seminar via online or on-campus format.
