Led by Vice Rector Ip Kuai Peng and Program Coordinator of School of Law Li Hongjiang, the legal exchange delegation of the City University of Macau visited Shanghai for a series of exchange activities. The delegation visited the East China University of Political Science and Law, the Koguan School of Law of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, the Law School of Tongji University, the Shanghai Financial Court, and Duan Duan Law Firm. Discussions focus on topics including interdisciplinary talent cultivation, research studies, financial legal system, legal development in Guangdong-Macao In-depth Cooperation Zone (Hengqin), cross-border financial issues, foreign-related legal challenges faced by Chinese enterprises when registering businesses overseas. Multiple areas of cooperation consensus were reached during the visits.
The field trip was supported by the Legal Affairs Department at Macao Liaison office and with the support of Macao Foundation.
