- "SAT考試在澳城大繼續教育學院有序地進行"
Since the first SAT test held at the CITYU-SCS in October 2013, five more SAT tests have been held in November and December 2013 and January and May 2014. Test takers have increased steadily from 160 in October 2013 to 500 per test. Over 2000 students have now taken the SAT test at the CITYU-SCS. This is both an achievement and a challenge for the staff of CITYU-SCS who allocate their time, effort and resources into the test, including invigilators training, pre-test examination of every procedure, and evaluation after the test to guarantee smooth and flawless performance each time.
The City University of Macau, School of Continuing Studies (CITYU-SCS) stands true to its mission of promoting lifelong learning. The school provides various value-added programs by offering diversified international tests not only for Macau learners, but also for those in the surrounding areas. CITYU-SCS set up the TOEIC test center in 2012 and provided TOEFL test and TFI international French test since 2013. In mid-2013, the SCS was officially appointed by the Examination Testing Service (ETS) to be one of the examination centers for SAT in Macau.
The SAT is offered by ETS with the authorization of the College Board of the United States. As one of the most important reference conditions of college admission in the United States, SAT performance is highly valued by students and parents around the world.
