Yung Wing Ki Samuel ,SBS MH JPvisited the Greater Business Forum
Yung Wing Ki Samuel ,AIA HongKong Regional Executive Director、CPPCC、JP,was invited to present the Greater Business Forum of City University of Macaun on 19th,March,2013,and made a speech about “Key Factors to Success in the Business”. President of the Shenzhen Quality Association and Shenzhen CPCC Mr.Li Rong was invited to the Forum Opening Ceremony.Before the lecture,the rector of City Univeristy of Macau awarded souvenir to Mr. Yung Wing Ki Samuel and Mr. Li Rong.
Yung Wing Ki Samuel talked about his maverlously road of business.He suggested the youngsters that no matter which field they are in,firstly they should have the adventurous spirit.He personally thought once you made a decision in a industry,you must have a try,don’t be afraid of losing the comfortable life and job statement;secondly, young people should make right decision.The decision is not made blindly,but measuring the opportunity cost from the perspective of resour ces,human relations,starting-point of career and the future market opportunity,then making a adventurous decision;thirdly,taking account of personal ability and the industry you chose to make a plan for the development direction and achievement.Only in the way of combining short-term goal and long-term goal together can a personal make a clear development objective and lay a good foundation for the future development.
Mr.Yung Wing Ki Samueln thought that after a person got all of these three qualities,he should understand the meaning of “get and take”,it’s to say, people should make a plan、amend the objective then create better performance based on the clear goal.He thought that nothing is impossible.He vividly described this as “Possibility Mindset”.Mr. Yung Wing Ki Samuel said a good leader,a good entrepreneur,a good staff should possess the spirit of integrity and hard-working,high-quality service,respect employee,continuing education,antenna,and international vision.In that case,you can possibly have a ever-lasting business career.Meanwhile,he mentioned that no matter you are a manager or staff,you have to be generous.Because tolerance and flexible communication are the fundamentals for the prosperous business.
Yung Wing Ki Samuel have a broad interaction with all the professors and students on the spot.Students gave him a big round again and again,over and over.After the lecture,Mr.Yung Wing Ki Samuel took photo with the professors,MBA students and DBA students in the Faculty of Management.
Staffs interviewed some students randomly,the result demonstrated that students in the FOM spoke highly of this forum,they were considerably satisfied with it,because the keynote speaker brought a brand-new perspective to them and expanded their horizon.They hope our forum can possibly invite more fantastic business people and academic experts which will make us truly have worldwide vision and wisdom.
