Industry professionals also shared hands-on experience, such as Ms. Ng Sio U., founder of Macau Hong Kee Food Company Limited, on running a small food business, and Mr. Leong Chon In, General Manager of Wing Best Cleaning Company Limited and Jade Palace Property Management Service Co., Ltd., on balancing commercial growth with social responsibility.
