A team led by student Sui Eryu from the School of Business at City University of Macau achieved the eighth place in the nationwide rankings at the seventh edition of the business challenge organized by Golden Education and PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited (PwC). The student team included Qiu Chuchu from Shanghai University, as well as Zhao Qianyu and Jiang Chen from China Pharmaceutical University.
The competition aimed to help students enhance their business literacy and expertise by guiding them to better arrange their study schedules and providing opportunities to gain hands-on experience and sharpen their skills. The competition was divided into four tracks centered on popular industries, namely mobile gaming, beauty and cosmetics, and logistics, attracting over 12,000 participants globally. After three months of sub-sessions, the final round saw twelve teams competing. The team led by the CityU student impressed the judges and audience with their English proficiency, solid knowledge foundation during the oral defense session, as well as robust practical experience and outstanding teamwork, earning them an honorable mention.
