The FITM City U recently held a seminar to students of the faculty, introducing Swiss Summer Exchange Program at Les Roches International School of Hotel Management Switzerland. Mr. Andrew Wong, International Cooperation Project Director of Les Roches introduced the details of the exchange program and the excellent environment for learning at Les Roches. His introduction aroused great interest from the students. The 2016 Swiss Summer Exchange Program will be launched from 18th to 30th July. Applicants may apply for different learning and touring activities held in Swiss and Spanish campus freely. Founded in 1954 and located in Bluche, Valais, Switzerland, Les Roches International School of Hotel Management is the first professional hospitality management institution delivering classes in English. The school enjoys a great international reputation due to its long history, first-rate facilities, brilliant teachers, and the largest campus in all English teaching hospitality management institutions. Over 1,500 students from 97 different countries attend Les Roches every semester. The highly internationalized environment in Les Roches benefits the enhancement of intercultural communication of students. Les Roches International School of Hotel Management provides three-year Hotel Management Diploma Program and three-and-half-year Hotel Management Bachelor Program. The school was ranked in 2013 among the top 3 hospitality schools worldwide for preparing students for an international career in hospitality management. Since its establishment in 2011, the FITM actively promotes international exchange and academic research by signing collaboration agreements with renowned institutions including the U.S, France, Austria, U.K, Switzerland, U.A.E, Singapore, Taiwan, and other countries to provide more experiential learning opportunities in foreign environments to broaden students’ international perspectives. The results have been fruitful and have become a new highlight for students and future students. |
